It’s not a flashy place, but our experience was pretty good. They were very accomodating to my child’s gluten allergy, which took longer to make but then surprised my child with some ice cream. I found some other people to be rude to the staff, but really the staff were nice and try hard. I’d come back when coming through Hay again.
