Delicious. Eating a Cocido Madrileño in the middle of July is so typical of Spain, but we couldn't resist it; it was amazing. The service was fantastic, the staff very friendly and attentive. The stew is unbeatable, although you have to be really hungry to finish it. Highly, highly, highly recommended.
