Because it's not in the old town, I sometimes forget about Bouillon, but objectively it's among the 3 best restaurants of Baden. Excellent cuisine, elevated but laid-back atmosphere, and friendly service. Good for celebrating a special occasion or just spending a night with friends chatting over great food and wine.
