The Eggenhütte "Bei Emil" is a little hidden, as you have to take a small turnoff from the piste to get there. The visit is definitely worth it! They have the best Kaiserschmarrn in the whole world, according to my colleagues who I was there with. I ate the goulash soup myself, which was also absolutely delicious.

The best Kaiserschmarrn is here at Emil's... in the Eggenhittn. A must on the way down to the valley... hidden next to the valley run, if you don't know where it is, you might miss the entrance... perfectly located and rustic, very nice and friendly service, fast and very good food... sometimes even with live music...
