Sad! 40 EUR p/p for a cote à l'os? Then you expect more than 100 grams. meat and 200 gr. pure fat (see photo)! Having to repeatedly ask questions (mayonnaise, wine, wrong sauce, etc.). Wine is also extremely expensive (you will hardly find a bottle under 50 EUR). How this case gets 14.5/20 in the Gault Millau is a mystery to me.
