I have given this 4 stars as you can tell that these guys are trying to fix this place but ... and I'll try to be constructive here. 20 minutes to get a beer is way too long and the waiters need to be more observant as I sat waiting for a refill for quite a while. If these issues can be fixed, they have a winning formula.
