The waiter suggested ribs as it was apparently what they're known for. I ordered ribs with spicy dry rub and potatoes with skin in garlic butter as a side dish. The dry rub ribs were much less tender than their sweeter counterparts..but the side dish was great. Loved it, will definitely be back.
