Very rude people :-(. They had a free room on booking but did not give it to us when have been there, because we can't speak czech!!! We have two little children and they send us away very unfriendly. I'm still in shock that this happened to us. I can't recommend for foreign guests.

The staff was nice, but you could not pay with card and euros. You can only pay cash in CZK. They tell you there is an ATM machine in front and it charges you 100CZK for the transaction.
