Stayed at this hotel for two nights during Ostrava V Plamenech festival last weekend. It was my second time here but this time was unique. Got the best room I’ve ever expected and the breakfast was also good. There were no hidden costs, everything went well.

Great location, great accommodation, great service. Very good combo value + quality. Hotel staff are polite and helpful. Rooms have mini bar, flat TV, very good shower. Tasty continental breakfast. Highly recommended if your are visiting Ostrava.

I had a bad experience on check in desk. I was accused I might have a stolen ID. The room seemed clean but bathroom was worn out, rusty and with a tape over a fen device to hold it together. The positive thing for me was the location quite close to the Masarykovo náměstí. There is a small park next to the place too.
