This restaurant is famous for being converted from a former canteen used by coal miners at the mine. I can't say the food is absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is nice, but it's not very good value for money considering the price.

Wonderful meal, best I’ve had in my trip to Katowice. Cold beetroot soup was perfect for a hot day, whilst the chicken with truffle and asparagus was spot on. Good wines by the glass and excellent friendly service. Definitely worth a trip to Nikiszowiec to eat here.
