It was a terrible experience. Staff is so rude. I think smiling is forbidden to staff. Room was discusting toilet wasn't cleaned. I will never forget this hotel.

This hotel is in the city but not the center, it takes about 30’ drive there. Hotel should has a whole Innovation as soon as possible. The elevators are not smart at all and we have to wait soooo long to use. Breakfast is boring and almost nothing to choose, breakfast lounges is too small and crowded. I don’t like this hotel, really
