They visit the bistro quite often. Pleasant environment, nice service. Large selection of sweet, salty. coffee.... But what always bothers me when I visit are the toilets that need much more …

I am lactose intolerant and it surprises me that nowadays it is not possible to make lactose-free coffee. Is it really that hard to buy 1, for example, almond milk and keep it in the fridge? I asked politely and got an unpleasant arrogant answer and didn't even say goodbye to the lady.
