Reluctance of the staff, impossible both ladies, very conceited. You lost a good customer. Wrongly turned cakes, where you could not see how they looked in the cut. I asked the ladies to turn them so I could see them. So I was told that it was for them to take it out. Very bad treatment, never again!!!
