The beef tartare at Polivar in the Kopřivnice looks very appetizing! The fresh presentation with raw onion, garlic, peppers, and a touch of greens is appealing. The crispy bread as a side nicely complements the dish. I’d rate it 5 out of 5 stars – a solid and tasty dish. Enjoy your meal!
