For several years now, I've appreciated the artisanal quality of L'Ile aux Pains. I personally find that the baker succeeds at everything. Surprised by a "crumb bread" one day, I also enjoy his mini Kouign Amann. Goodness, I think I've gone through the successes of this bakery dozens of times and I never tire of it.
