Not sure about the hotel, but the food at restaurant is one of the best i had in Switzerland! There's a young lady that try her best to explain to us in English and helpful enough to recommand some of their recommand food n pizza, and true enough, their pizza were great, pipping hot from the flame oven. Thumbs up to their food.

Be careful. Service and respect towards clients is a catastrophe. It is very unfortunate as it’s a beautiful location. But be aware of service and owner the experience is not good.
