I have just eaten the worst crêpe I've ever had. It consisted of a few uncooked mushrooms with 3 tiny pieces of raclette cheese on an overcooked 'galette'. Still hungry I added a sickly sweet, buttery, half defrosted quenemen. What a shame to leave Brest on such a disappointing and hugely over priced culinary experience !
