While Langon is loaded with beautiful French restaurants, we just wanted simple. We got that and more with Au Four a Bois. The pizza was so fresh and delicious, made right in front of us using local ingredients by the most charming man in his wood oven - you could even taste the burnt wood on the pizza (in a good way).

Excellent and entirely homemade pizzas, from the dough to fresh, local ingredients like Tomme de Bazas. The best are seasonal ones, always well stocked and cooked over a wood fire. A treat!
