Cutlery is placed directly on the table. The waiter mixed up the order . They don't give you napkins, only when you ask for them.

The view is quite nice. The espresso was ok. However, the staff is presumably not very motivated and/or unfriendly. The food is overpriced for the quality you get. If you care for a nice view surrounded by smokers then you’re spot on here.
