We stayed at the Novotel Bron for our vacation. The heating had some issues, but only in the restaurant. I would like to thank John, the restaurant manager, for his humor and kindness. The food was very good, but there were many customers, which lengthened the service.

Waiters look in a hurry, cannot (or do not want to) speak very good English or other languages and look irritated when asked about gluten free options. Dinner was OK but simpel.

Totally unable to help with a gluten free person. I asked multiple people and they could not give me an allergen menu (against regulations) or tell me if anything was or could be made gluten free. So we went to bed hungry.
