Went there for lunch when visiting the small but beautiful town of Lavardin. We booked a table on the outside terrace. The owners were very friendly. The food was absolutely delicious! I would highly recommend this place when you visit Lavardin. I ordered the steak with pepper sauce, the sauce was absolutely exquisite!

Exquisite. One of the best meals I’ve had while cycling through France. Beautiful regional cuisine, stunning surroundings, and excellent value for the lunchtime formule du jour. Highly recommended.

The lady was absolutely lovely and the meal was just warm, just enough! Tasted amazing, the atmosphere's calm, very confortable. Loved the quiet of the town ! The waitress' sympathy was particularly appreciated in this cold day when we visited, at the start of December.
