Very friendly welcome despite the end of lunch service, more than reasonable price, buffet of hors d'oeuvres, veal head with gribiche sauce, cheese and dessert, it was great with a good little red Chinon. Very attentive boss. Hats off to these innkeepers as it is becoming increasingly difficult to find them.
