The pizza dough is good. However I'm really not a fan at all of gruyere instead of mozzarella on pizzas. I had a pizza with figatellu which was tasteless. Chorizo would have likely been a better choice.

Not sure how food tastes because they open at 7pm for dinner - far too late for us. Called and was possible to communicate despite their basic English.

What's better than a big, fat pizza (Neapolitan!) before or after the GR20? The setting is superb and relaxing. I hesitated to dive into the pool. A slightly hidden address in Calenzana, but definitely worth it!
