We spotted this place when we were passing by as food looked delicious and we were not wrong. We booked a table and paella in advance. Paella was super good and the portion for 2 was even a bit too large. The price/quality ratio is great! Service is also good so I would definitely recommend this place for paella.

We went to dinner quite late because other restaurants were already full and we were disappointed and hungry. But it was all worth it because the staff at Chez Paco was so friendly and so quick and the food was delicious! Saved our last evening in Corse, merci beaucoup!
