Fairly average food quality by French standards. Snails were ok, smoked trout good. Entrecotes were very sinewy unfortunately and their taste drowned in herbal butter. The meat from the veal's head was ok if a bit gamey. Skin strips soft and squishy, so alright. Fairly friendly service.
