One of the best tarte flambées I've ever made, and I know a thing or two about tarte flambée. Thick pastry, which is becoming increasingly rare, just like we used to make in my family. Very good Pinot Noir. Very welcoming in a lovely, traditional setting.

Extraordinary place. The atmosphere starts upstairs with the welcome from the owner who immediately puts us at ease. A real treat on the plates. Thanks to Mr Rémi who cooks with passion. We will return there for sure.
