This evening I had 2 eclairs buenos, 2 choux chantilly, a Paris Brest and an apple tartlet, very disappointed with the choux pastry pastries, they were super dry. It felt like they had been baked a week ago and left out in the open air.... What made up for it was the creams which were good.
