We stayed in la lumiere room. Very spacious. Comfortable. Jacuzzi bath and power shower spacious bathroom. Tea and coffee making facilities. Free car park. We asked for nibbles instead of a meal - no problem and delicious. Can't comment on the area as only passing through from Dover to Calais ferry but would definitely come again
