Rooms are average. They are clean and adequate but are looking a bit tired and need updating. The staff are really what makes this hotel great. The young manager is always so kind and helpful, really going out of his way to assist you. He gets 11/10 and made my stay here great

Very pretty exterior, well located, but unfortunately dirty. The room was fairly clean, but the common areas were filthy. At breakfast, a cockroach landed on my tray, and I left. It's a shame because the manager is very friendly, but given the state of the dining room, I can't imagine the kitchen.
