It took us over 15 minutes just to book a massage and spa access at the reception, very poor service. Lovely ladies who gave us a massage but it wasn't very good quality at all, especially for the price. Upon entering the spa we were turned away because my partners swimming shorts were too big! Not a very enjoyable day out

Mixed feelings about this place. The new Hammams are great and the new sauna...but the Jacuzzi was rubbish. Not bubbly enough or warm enough. Too long in between cycles of the water jets in the pools too. A nice way to spend a couple of hours though.
