A really nice little restaurant, very popular and rightly so. Good beer selection and choice of dishes for the menu de jour.

Charming and welcoming waiting staff and a good lunchtime menu. The location is excellent with a superb view of the abbey church and easy parking. Chambon-sur-Voueize is a little gem and well worth a visit or detour and Au Bistrot d'Autrefois was a great choice for us on this stopover.
