Restaurant opposite the tulle church. Pleasant to eat on the terrace. Very good meal and top service. Friendly staff. Very good value for money. The only downside is that it is difficult to park at lunchtime.

We were as non French tourists not welcome. The owner told us it's only for reservation, no place for us. All other French costumers were most welcome without reservation. To bad....

Very nice kitchen, well presented plates. Quick service. Head garçon taking orders was very rude and seemed stressed though, was not nice to experience. Otherwise 4 stars. Would return though, for cabillaud with risotto.
