A random lunchtime discovery on the way to Bergerac and which turned out to be a memorable find. I had Risotto et Saucisse Pimmenter and which turned out to be a beautiful creamy and incredibly flavoursome yellow risotto with lovely delicate balls of minced pork. Standout stuff!
