We had vegan lunch at Aromatik - stopped by an hour earlier and asked if they could make a vegan meal and to give them time to prepare something not on the menu. It was really wonderful and definitely a highlight of our trip to Aigues-Mortes.

Loved this place! Delicious food. The service was really good. Both the girls made an effort to speak some English for us and in return I tried to speak some French. The menu is written in French, but voila, on the back is an English version. There is an obvious freshness to the ingredients and a lot of the wines are organic.
