This restaurant, Tabac PMU, doesn't look like much and yet you can find excellent little homemade dishes with saffron sauce at €11 for lunch accompanied by an excellent red by the glass, original starters at €4. Welcome and friendly, friendly service. A good address for the Cajarc city tour.
