A traditional and historic hotel, bar and restaurant in Collioure. A must to visit, watch the gallery, sniff the history, feel the old smell of anis and absinth and eat excellent food. Our menu of the day with ham and pork cheek was very good and cafe gourmet a good ending. A must to be here.

We enjoyed our “petite dej” here, which was a generous breakfast of bread, a croissant with butter and a pot of jam, a yoghurt, orange juice and tea or coffee. All well-presented and tasty. The atmosphere was pleasant and we also enjoyed looking at the many artworks inside the restaurant.
