Excellent! Traditional Vietnamese cuisine, fresh and perfectly cooked products (homemade). I particularly recommend the meat brioches, the dish of the day (beef, celery, pineapple) was a real treat, an explosion of flavors. Excellent value …

My daughter and I discovered this food truck during the spring flower festival in Castanet-Tolosan... Their food is delicious, flavorful, and their desserts are excellent (we had a Vietnamese coconut and tapioca leche dessert). The girls are friendly and cheerful, too. I highly recommend it!
