Auberge du Puits : 5 Pl. du Puits, 46200 Souillac

This place was minutes away from the train station and essentially right in the middle of Souillac. There’s a bar/restaurant in the terrace below. I came here for a nice quiet weekend with someone while traveling to the castles and the medieval villages nearby – that’s exactly what we got! This is an incredible stay for the price.

This must have been very nice place back in the old days, and it still is today. We always go there when we visit Souillac. The hot chocolate is very nice and you get a big serving !

Full of character. The hostess is a lovely lady. Terrace has nice vibe with lots of locals relaxing there. Good location and excellent breakfast. Rooms fairly basic but overall very good value.
