Employees do not know how to make a Caffè late glace gourmand from the menu. I was given a hot coffee first and second time a colder coffee with no ice. Seriously? I paid 3.70 euros for a warm glace?

They forget to prepare the order We was waiting longer then 30 minutes for 3 breakfast sandwich with egg that can be prepared for 5 minutes maxi when we are the single persons in restaurant You have to learn the “service” word

Definitely the worst McDonald's I have ever been to anywhere in Europe. Just look at this picture of Grand Chicago Classic burger. Incredible ! Toilet was dirty too. It's a shame !
