Commandery Romagna : 5 Hameau de la Romagne, 21610 Saint-Maurice-sur-Vingeanne

A lovely scenic place to stay with a lot of history to go with it. Bed and breakfast in a medieval castle drawbridge building. Plentiful breakfast included and the hist kindly provided us with plates and cutlery when we arrived with a picnic for dinner. Only downside was that there were no coffee/tea facilities in the room.

Excellent stay at this wonderfully and thoughtfully restored historical location. Xavier our host was extremely welcoming, friendly and attentive. We enjoyed learning about the restoration and appreciated the tips about nearby restaurants …
