A wonderful discovery in Les Herbiers. The cuisine is precise, inventive, and flavorful, served by a well-inspired chef, efficiently accompanied by his wife in the dining room. We had a wonderful time, and we'll be back! The chocolate mousse soup is worth the detour! It's the house's signature dessert.
