The meal was fantastic. The foie gras with vanilla, rum, and piment d’Espelette was delicious and full of flavor. The faux filet was cooked perfectly, and the sauce au poivre was creative and very tasty. The mille-feuille de pomme de terre with parsley and garlic was fabulous — one of the highlights. A great dining experience overall!

Very very good meat. We took the black angus and the veil chop. The sauce Bernaise to the black angus was delicious. As a Dessert we took the caramel popcorn vanilla ice cream one, which was incredible. Even the espresso at the end was good, which is rare in France! And the service was very pleasant as well.
