DEFINITELY stop here if you're in Chateauneuf du Pape, even if just for the day. Beautiful surroundings near top of the hill. Castle is just a few steps away. I think everyone who comes here takes pictures. Nice snack and wine selections but we had the ice cream because it was a hot day. Friendly service. Highly recommend.

A delightful place to stop and have some ice cream, at a table in the shade with a great view of the countryside. We were served at the table, also given glasses of water , and there was no additional charge for the table service. And the ice cream was very good! And very reasonably priced!
