Chamroeun Crimee is a regular stop whenever I'm in Paris, and for good reason. This no-frills eatery may not be the most elegant spot in town, but the food speaks for itself. Their "Phnom Penh" rice noodle soup is easily one of the best you’ll find outside of Asia: rich in flavor, well-balanced, and deeply satisfying.
