Delicious restaurant. The dishes were all perfect. It made me think of my recent trip to Japan. The meat was a paleron, but tasted like a good wagyu from Kobe. The cheese-based dessert I got was the best dessert I’ve had in a really long time. I would guess this restaurant is worthy of a Michelin star.
