What a gem in Carces! The new owner brings her delicious home recipes and warm,, excellent service to an unexpected spot. We were lucky to have stopped for lunch on our way through the area villages. My husband’s slow cooked veal and gnocchi and my sea bass with potatoes were delicious we also enjoyed coffee and dessert
