I live less than a quarter mile from here. It's the closest I've found to a local bar since moving to France 5 years ago. The owner is always there and he remembers. Very quickly like the theme song to "Cheers". Big plus- Budweiser on tap, not Bud Light, the real thing. Good honest good + good beer = great times.
