Discover Bulgarian cuisine! A delight. Pair it with a mavroud and enjoy! For starters, I recommend the panagourski eggs or the Thracian salad. For main courses, I have a preference for Papa Ivan's meatballs. Finally, for dessert, ask when booking if it's possible to have the lemon verbena cream konbanwa.
