We stayed at the Novotel Bron for our vacation. The heating had some issues, but only in the restaurant. I would like to thank John, the restaurant manager, for his humor and kindness. The food was very good, but there were many customers, which lengthened the service.

Waiters look in a hurry, cannot speak very good English or other languages and look irritated when asked about gluten free options. Dinner was OK but simpel.

Totally unable to help with a gluten free person. I asked multiple people and they could not give me an allergen menu or tell me if anything was or could be made gluten free. So we went to bed hungry.
