Good food but the wait was a bit long for three burgers

The setting is nice but the wait is way too long for a sandwich. After 40 minutes we were told that they had lost our order paper. Served after 55 min. No steak in the “steak sandwich”. We added it on the fly. No apology, no commercial gesture. Damage.
